2. Description of Service
Tapsle is a free, offline-first Progressive Web App (PWA) that allows you to create and manage multiple counters. It works in your browser and can be installed on iOS, Android, or desktop devices.
The Service includes:
- Counter creation, editing, and deletion
- Tap-anywhere counting
- Custom step values and targets
- Export/import of counter data
- Sound and vibration feedback
- Dark mode and prayer mode
- Non-personalized ads and anonymized analytics
3. Use of the Service
You may use Tapsle for personal or commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Interfere with the Service's operation
- Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason.
4. Intellectual Property
Tapsle, its design, code, and branding are owned by Saddling, a Nenyo brand. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission.
5. User Content
Your counters, names, and settings are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for your content. We do not claim ownership of your data.
By exporting data, you grant us a limited license to process the file temporarily for download purposes only.
6. Ads and Analytics
The Service is free and supported by:
- Non-personalized ads via Google AdSense
- Anonymized analytics via Google Analytics (IP anonymized)

7. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy, reliability, or availability
- Non-infringement
- Fitness for a particular purpose
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saddling and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed $25 USD.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saddling, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts within the jurisdiction.
11. DMCA Compliance
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us using the Contact Page with:

- Description of the copyrighted work
- Location of the infringing material
- A statement of good faith belief
