Tapsle works with the tools you already use.every count, where it belongs.
Connect your counters to hundreds of apps and services with Tapsle Plus. Every count, target hit and reset can land wherever your team already works.
A new row for every count.
Google Sheets connects directly, with no automation tool in between. Sign in with Google and Tapsle creates a spreadsheet called Tapsle in your Drive, then adds a row each time something happens. Stock takes, attendance and habit logs build themselves, ready for charts and formulas.
- 1Sign in with GoogleIn Account, open Integrations and choose Google Sheets.
- 2Tapsle creates the sheetA spreadsheet called Tapsle appears in your Drive, with the columns ready.
- 3Choose what to logA row for each finished session, or a row for every count.
One URL, and your counts go anywhere.
A webhook is a web address that listens for updates. Paste one into Tapsle, and every time a counter changes, Tapsle sends the details there within a minute. Most tools can give you one in a few clicks.
Where you can send them
Get the webhook address from the tool first. Chat apps receive a readable message, such as "Warehouse A reached its target of 500".

Slack
Add an Incoming Webhook to a channel and copy its URL.

Microsoft Teams
Add a webhook workflow to a channel and copy the address.

WeCom
Add a group robot and copy its webhook address.

Feishu
Add a custom bot to a group and copy its webhook.

Discord
In channel settings, open Integrations, then Webhooks.

Notion
Connect through Zapier, Make or n8n to add a row to any database.

Airtable
Start an automation with the "When webhook received" trigger.

Zapier
Use Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook, then send it anywhere.

Make
Add a Custom webhook module to start a scenario.

n8n
Add a Webhook node, cloud or self-hosted.

Your own systems too.
An ERP, an in-house tally system, a stock database or a dashboard on the office TV. If it can receive a web request, it can receive your counts.
Tapsle sends a small JSON message for each event: the event name, when it happened, the counter, and what changed. Each request is signed with a secret you get when you create the webhook, so your endpoint can check it came from Tapsle.

The door team counts in. The organisers get a message the moment capacity is reached.
Classes and coaching
Rounds, reps and attendance written into the class notes without anyone copying numbers.
Communities
Group challenges and shared dhikr goals, announced in the channel when the target is hit.
Need something built for your system?
Warehouses, event companies and retail chains sometimes need counts in a specific format, on a schedule, or straight into a system with its own rules. Tell us what you count and where it needs to go.
Integration questions
Are integrations part of Tapsle Plus?
Yes. Google Sheets and webhooks come with Tapsle Plus, for $2.99 a month or $25.99 a year. Counting itself stays free and needs no account.
Which tools connect directly?
Google Sheets connects directly: sign in with Google and Tapsle creates a spreadsheet called Tapsle in your Drive, then adds the rows. Every other tool on this page connects with a webhook, which most of them support out of the box.
Do I need to write code?
No. Google Sheets needs no setup beyond signing in, chat apps only need their webhook address, and Zapier, Make and n8n let you build the rest by clicking. Only your own systems need someone to set up a URL that accepts the request.
What does Tapsle send?
The event name, the time, the counter and what changed, such as the new value or the target. Nothing about you or your device is included.
Which events can I send?
Every count, a target being reached, a reset, a finished session and a new counter. You choose the events for each connection, so a channel can hear only about targets while a spreadsheet logs every count.
How many webhooks can I have?
One webhook per account, alongside Google Sheets. To reach several tools from one webhook, point it at Zapier, Make or n8n and fan out from there.
Is there a delivery limit?
Plus includes 10,000 deliveries a month, shared by your webhook and Google Sheets. Each Sheets row counts as one, and retries and test events are free. The panel shows your usage and warns you at 80%. If you reach the limit, new deliveries pause until the next month starts, and events older than 7 days are not delivered.
Can I name a webhook?
Yes, and it is optional. A name like Warehouse ERP shows in your connections instead of the web address.
Can you build an integration for our system?
Tell us what you count and where it needs to go. For warehouses, event companies and retail chains we can shape the format, the schedule and the destination.
Start counting. Connect when you are ready.
Counting is free and needs no account. Integrations are there with Plus when your counts need to go somewhere.
