What is an online counter?
An online counter keeps a running number for you, one tap at a time, so you never have to hold the count in your head. It does the job of a hand clicker, tally marks on paper or prayer beads, but it remembers where you stopped, counts in any step you choose and keeps as many counts side by side as you need.

Is Tapsle free?
Yes. Unlimited counters, targets, steps, notes, lock, focus mode and export are free, with no account. Free includes up to 5 groups and 1 counter on a timer schedule. Tapsle Plus adds sync, backups, longer history, shared counters and removes those two limits.
Do I need an account to use a counter?
No. Open a counter and start. Your counters are saved in your browser as you tap. You only sign in if you choose Tapsle Plus, to sync and back them up.
Will my count be saved if I close the page?
Yes. Every tap is saved on your device straight away, so the count is there when you come back on the same device, even offline. Export keeps a backup file, and Plus syncs it to your other devices.
Can I have more than one counter?
Yes, as many as you like. Each has its own name, colour, step, target and note, and you can keep them in groups such as Faith, Work or Home.
Can I count by more than one at a time?
Yes. Set the step on a counter, for example 12 for a case, and each tap adds that many. Minus takes the same amount away.
Does it work on my phone and computer?
Yes. Tapsle works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. On a computer in Chrome or Edge, you can pop a counter out into a small window that stays on top.
