How to use Tapsle as an items counter
- 1Pick a templateChoose Parcels, Boxes, Sold or Made above, or start a blank counter.
- 2Tap for every oneTap the number or the + button. On a keyboard, space adds one and the down arrow takes one away.
- 3Set a step if you count in groupsCounting boxes of 12 or packs of 6? Set the step and each tap adds that many.
- 4Come back to the same countClose the tab and your items are waiting on the same device.
Notes that explain the number
A number on its own is easy to misread later. Add a note to any counter, such as “Warehouse A, 1 September” or “only full boxes”, and it stays with the count.
One counter per item type
Add a counter for each product, size or colour. Each keeps its own number, step and note. For stock checks across shelves and locations, use the inventory counter.
